Easy to find, good location, well run, extremely helpful staff, good sized room and facilities. We will stay here again and recommend Imperial Suite to anyone wishing to visit Rome.
really friendly and helpfull staff, great location and facilities clean and room was good.
Everything great, I only see some improvement potential for the breakfast.
The staff were very willing to help us get to our destinations. They were friendly and our room was very well kept. It was a great place to stay.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived after check in, quite late at night and someone came straight to let us in-just let them know before arrival. Great restaurants in immediate surrounding area. Easy to walk to Trevi Fountain, Termini etc and easy bus and metro for Vatican, Colleseum etc. Room was lovely and everything you would need.
No proper curtains and double bed was two mattresses but they put new curtains up on our departure and bed was very comfy.
Everything was great...clean, comfort, good breakfast, great coffee and Damian the Great :o) who was very helpful and always smiling. Location is also very good...good connected, near Termini and historic center. What can I say - we were delighted!!!
Hotel staff were very helpful and nice in giving the best tips and advises on how to visit the best locations.
Sound isolation is very poor in the room, you can hear every small noise between rooms.
It's an excellent choice for a young couple!! Highly recommended!!!!!
Both room and bathroom were very clean. Although small in size, room and bathroom had a very neat and modern look, with all the regular facilities (mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, etc.). No Phone on the room though. Good location, not too far from city center, with bus stop near by. Many little restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff was helpful in finding your way around.
This is not a Hotel, but 8-10 rooms (with bathrooms), and a tiny breakfast area. There is no lobby per se, but just a small desk by the entrance door. The breakfast is mediocre, although served by helpful staff. The "Hotel" is at the 5th floor of a building in need of some urgent refreshing. If you are looking for a clean room, and don't necessarily seek the comforts of a regular hotel, this will do fine. I did find the "Hotel" website very misleading.
When staff was available, they were very helpful and pleasant. Room was modern and very clean.
Didn't know desk only manned until 8:00pm. Hotel rooms not numbered, frustrating to find room that key unlocked. Reserved twin beds but room provided had double bed. No toilettries in room not even small bar of hand soap.
Hotel is small but have good room. New decoration. Good tv n bath room.
One in the morning, water was not good supplied.
Good clean room.
the breakfast was not as it offered, although the manager was slightly helpful, its the service of the hotel is important, in this case the service was poor, the staff was not helpful and accurate in the least information they gave us. You can hear what the next room is your holiday if you intend to sleep in. Poor experience, I would not want to stay there again. doing and the lobby is just outside your room thus not able to sleep-in. Location is also far from where the city lives, far from important amenities.
The hotel is situated in a very good part of the city, safe, good shopping area, good dining. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful! The hotel is new, room is clean and very comfortable, good bed, big and new bathroom.Easy access to the city centre by walking, I would definitely prefer staying again in this part of the city.
Very nice & comfot room, very kind staff, breakfast at bed.
Not so good location
Very friendly and helpful staff. I asked about restaurant recommendations, and they got very busy googling places, location, ensuring we have reservations, etc. They went the extra mile! The rooms are also nicely appointed and very clean.
Location - we thought we were at Via Veneto, but it was still a 10 minute walk from there! There's nothing much around the area, but that said, you can still walk to the major tourist sites such as Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was massively over-priced. It is not a hotel with facilities but rather 7 or so bedrooms at the 5th floor of a building with businesses beneath it. The location was so-so. To get to the city attractions you required a taxi or bus. Also, the area was fairly run-down.
